When I first checked in the hotel was under going renovation and the owner promised that I will have new mattresses, flat screen tv and new microwaves. In less than a week I had new mattresses in my room. Before the month was over I had large flat screen tv and a new microwave.
Here is another instance I have to share. One friday my wife happen to meet the owner and mentioned that everything was great in the room except for the soap and shampoo. I was amazed that the following Monday I had new shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soaps in my room.
The staff takes their customer's comments very seriously and do whatever is in their capacity to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
